SHIPPING

All clothing and accessories are shipped via Canada Post's Expedited Parcel (Expresspost) service, with tracking number.

For textile artworks and wall art, shipping costs are not included in the product price. Once your purchase is complete, I will contact you personally to schedule shipping, assess transport options, and determine the cost based on your address.

Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure maximum protection during transport.
For international orders, customs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Creations require a 10-business-day production time before shipping. This timeframe applies to all items available in the shop, but not to custom orders.

RETURN POLICY

As an artist, my mission is for each creation to bring you joy. To avoid any disappointment, I encourage you to carefully read the product descriptions and check the size chart for clothing. Each item is meticulously inspected before shipping to ensure impeccable quality.

Each piece is handcrafted and unique; slight variations in texture or color may occur and are part of the authentic character of my work. Please also note that colors may vary depending on screen calibration.

If a package arrives damaged or a problem occurs during transport, please contact me within 48 hours with a photo of the package and the product.

For international orders, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

I am always available to answer your questions before you buy.
All purchases are final sales.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

Certain works or special requests may be subject to a custom creation. The details (delivery times, costs, and shipping) will be confirmed on a case-by-case basis. Custom orders are non-refundable .
